MSU Extension-Oakland Countywould like to honor you for all your hard work in helping to make the lives of others better through horticulture. The Gala will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2007 from 5:30pm until 9:00pm. At White Lake Oaks Country Club, 991 N. Williams Lake Road, White Lake Township, MI 48386 All Master Gardeners along with their relatives and close friends are invited to join us.The details: The Country Club will open it's doors at 5:30pm. The social hour will include piano music and a cash bar. The sit-down dinner will include your choice of Roast Top Sirloin au jus (9 oz.), Breast of Chicken over Wild Rice, or Vegetable Kebabs. All dinners will include a fresh garden salad, vegetable, potato, hot rolls and butter. Beverages include coffee, tea, milk, and pop. A fabulous Fruit and dessert buffet will cap off dinner.Auction items will be on display throughout the evening. The auction will start at 8:30 sharp.. Proceeds will be donated to the Springfield Oaks, Ellis Barn Heritage Garden.Awards will be presented to newly Certified Master Gardeners, Advanced Master Gardeners, and Master Gardeners earning the different hours pins. There will also be special presentations including Master Gardener(s) of the Year.
